2️⃣ Keep Your Registration Number Handy

It is essential to have your registration number with you before you start filling out the form. This will be required to complete the form submission successfully.

3️⃣ Save Your Transaction ID

After completing your payment, you will receive a transaction ID. Please keep a record of this ID, as you will need to enter it in the form when prompted.

4️⃣ Transaction ID is Mandatory

Your form cannot be submitted without providing a valid transaction ID. If the transaction ID is incorrect or missing, your form will be considered void and will not be processed.

5️⃣ Ensure Payment Completion Before Form Submission

Only proceed to fill out the form after ensuring that your payment has been successfully completed. The payment confirmation is crucial to complete the registration.

6️⃣ Payment Name Details

While making the payment, the name appearing on the payment gateway will be “Ram Naryan Sakshik Utkarsh Samiti.” Please verify the name before proceeding with the transaction.

7️⃣ Use Valid Contact Details

Make sure to enter a valid email ID and phone number while making the payment, as these will be used for future communication and verification purposes.

8️⃣ No Refund Policy

Once the payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. Please confirm all details before proceeding with the payment.

9️⃣ Submit the Form Only Once

Ensure that you submit the form only once after completing the payment. Multiple submissions may lead to rejection.

🔟 Enter Your Phone Number During Payment

While making the payment, enter your phone number in the “Using as” option that appears on the left side of the payment page. This will help us identify your payment when you proceed to fill out the form. The same number must be entered in the form.
